Shopping: equestrian riding apparel

Do you know I live in a walking horse State and I watch it for many times. Only I will tell you, I don't understand it very well how they judge. I guess i'm not good at it. My daughter's friend who is 11 years old is good at it. She practice every summer and ride  a horse .Good thing she has some choices where  she can practice and not owning a horse as of now.

Before you ride a horse and practice you need to  shop some  equestrian riding apparel for protection and this is a must when you're in this kind of sport. My father-in-law is a horse lover and he own a couple horses. He taking care the horse as his own kids as he shop some of the things that his horse needed, and he maintain the stall cleanliness, vaccinations and several other items. No wonder why my daughter has a heart of pony. 

Shopping: equestrian riding apparel:

Riding Helmets- is a must  when riding a horse enable to protect the rider's head if falls off a horse or accidentally hit in the head by a horse’s hoof. 

Breeches,Jodhpurs & Jeans-You have to choose what is comfortable to you while riding the horse.

 Riding Boots and chaps-It is important to choose the proper foot wear while riding the horse to protect your feet.

Show shirts and coats-You have to follow what type of shirt and coat you need to buy during the show or practice. Some have rules to follow.

Riding Gloves-one of the most important to buy when you consider this kind of sports. Riding gloves help you to avoid getting blisters and to  get better embrace on reins.

  1. i guess it's really important to get a good riding apparel both for the rider's safety and comfort. i know i wouldn't ever ride a horse, but i really admire people who do. and all those equestrians look really good with their get-up.

  2. I think even though that I will be asked to use those apparel, i will still not be riding on a horse. Lol. I just had that traumatic experience before.

  4. We used to have a quarter horse and riding Scud during winter is a little bit uncomfortable that is why we need warm outfits and blankets for him too so he is warm while we are walking and admiring the beauty of the winter

  5. must be really nice to know how to rode a horses but would be more wonderful being an equestrian. :) magastos siguro magkaraon ng kabayo, hehehe, those apparel will definitely looks great to the rider. :)

  6. When I was young, I've always wanted to do this. My father had several race horses then but I favored the more elegant equestrian type of riding horses.

  8. i love looking at those ladies who ride their horses so elegantly, however, i can't wish the same thing for myself since i don't find riding horse fun, maybe, poor gear :(

  11. It is really important to have the complete apparel before riding for safety purposes. I would want to watch the competition with Bella because she loves horses very much.

  13. I believe this hobby is only for the rich because the apparels are way too expensive that an ordinary dreamer like me can't even afford. LOL! Goodluck to my dream of becoming a Mikey cojuangco. Hahaha!

  15. One of my greatest dreams is to be able to ride a horse! I remember watching a movie once with the hubby with the actor and actress riding horses up a hill...I told him please buy me a horse! hahaha....awesome tips here...taking note of them...I first have to gather courage to really ride a horse though ahahha, the times I rode one were only for photo opps haha, :) have a lovely day and thanks again for the tips!

  16. Looking at the equestrian Apparel makes me think of the Cojuancos who excels in that field. I think MIkee was one. I am always get scared getting so close to a horse I get intimidated by their size!lol But sure nice to be able to experience horse backrinding though:)
