Pork in Salted Shrimp or Binagoongang Baboy Recipe

Binagoonang Baboy or Pork Shrimp Salted is one of the Filipino dish that one misses especially if they're not living in Philippines- coz its one of my favourite dish that I misses. The Binagoongang Baboy/Pork in Salted Shrimp is easy to cook.Guess? if you have a foreigner husband this food stinks to them. I always lit  candles and incense to lessen the smell.

  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 1 small tomato,chopped
  • pinch of chili-if you like more spicy which I prefer in my Binagoongang Baboy.
Procedure of Binagoongang Baboy Recipe:

  • In a pan, saute the  garlic and onion in oil . Add the tomato and cook until it's wilted.
  • In the same pan add the pork until brown.Add  water and bring to boil or until the meat is tender.

A day at Kentucky Down Under with Family

The Joey- They're giving them a milk and when the Joey noticed the people he was scared and they put him in the blanket that they used where he feels safe.
Last month we went to Kentucky Down Under with Family. We passed it  every time we go in Michigan and last month is our chance to check the Kentucky Down Under. The place is pretty cool, they have two tours including the cave. But most of it  we love there animals where you can see closer. The tickets is good for two consecutive visits-which I don't understand and I guess this make the ticket expensive for $22  for adults and $13 for kids age 5-14.

This is one that caught to my attention-The sheep and the dog where the dog was trying to kept the sheep together.-I've heard this already that sheep and dog are best of friend.
Kentucky Down Under is a self guided tour but they have a tour guide in the Outback Walkabout to pet kangaroos and Cave tour. My favourite is the Terra Rosella-where the employee gave us a free food to fed the birds and they are really cute. The other birds you can fed was the Lorikeet in the cage-which "Little Travelentz" scared. Its not recommended for age 0-3 for my own opinion.

Chicago with Family: 3 nights at Marriott Residence Inn

During our visits in Chicago with Family was really interesting and fun for me. Since this is the first time I went in Chicago. I don't expect too much. Only thing I don't like is traffic but the place is beautiful and I love it. I guess I am more in country style.
We stayed in a suite room at Marriott Residence Inn for 3 nights where we have are own kitchen and living room. We have free breakfast  and free dinner everyday in the hotel. We love it, everything is convenient to us.

After our breakfast we went to see some local attractions in Chicago.Dinner serves around 6:30 PM after our dinner we went swimming and enjoy the amenities in the hotel. Little Travelentz love the hotel since she can sleep between us and  jump on the bed.hahhahah.
That is the kitchen inside our room. We love it and it is convenient to us even though I don't cooked.

In my own opinion the place is cool and we saw some exhibits and a fun way of learning if you are interested about Solar System or our Planet.

Chicago With Family: Field Museum

Another reason, Chicago is fun for whole family, is the Field Museum. If you enjoy history this is for you. We tried to see all the 3 attraction in one day included the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium and Adler Planetarium.

In our ticket all exhibits is included especially the  Genghis Khan and the 3-D theater. Our time was worth and the history is interesting.Learning the  past  is really interesting and if we compare it in our present day has big difference.

The disadvantages of doing it is we did not really see all in the Field Museum. We just choose what really we want to see.

The advantage is we just paid 22 bucks for parking space on one day and saw 3 attractions.
