Chicago with Family: Adler Planetarium

Adler Planetarium was are last attractions we visited in Chicago with Family. We only spent 2 hours in Adler Planetarium since it was our last day in Chicago with Family and starts heading to home. We just really want to have a glimpse what is Adler Planetarium since my hubby also doesn't visited there yet. In my own opinion the place is cool and we saw some exhibits and a fun way of learning if you are interested about Solar System or our Planet.

About Adler Planetarium:
  • The Adler Planetarium — America's First Planetarium — was founded in 1930 by Chicago business leader Max Adler.
  • The Adler Planetarium was opened to the public on May 12, 1930.
  • address: 1300 South Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60605.

Hours:

* The Adler Planetarium is closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
During our visits we don't saw some of the exhibits but we're happy to have a glimpse of Adler Planetarium and Little Travelentz had a chance to play "Exploring the Space".The good thing is there is no line,no students field trip .
Have you ever been in Adler Planetarium? What is your experience?
